Books read in 2011

This is going to be a shorter list than last year. I mostly have to read paperbacks that are of a certain size (i.e. small enough to comfortably hold with one hand while baby wrangling with the other). And because of the lack of sleep, I’m doing a lot of re-reads…new material sometimes too challenging to manage. Hence the two different lists.

New books read in 2011:

A Taste for Death by P.D. James
Colour Scheme by Ngaio Marsh
The Gunslinger by Stephen King
O Pioneers! by Willa Cather
Angle of Repose by Wallace Stegner
Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens
Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury
The Sea Wolf by Jack London
This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald
Atonement by Ian McEwan
Adam Bede by George Elliot
